Scrub Seal
Scrub seal is a crack-filling, sealing and rejuvenating seal used to preserve deteriorating roads. Scrub seal uses a rejuvenating asphalt emulsion which is sprayed, then scrubbed to fill small cracks and surface imperfections with a broom assembly. A chip spreader then applies a layer of aggregate onto the surface placing it into the emulsion-filled cracks and voids. Designed for use on structurally sound asphalt pavements with minor to moderate surface defects.
